Or for those that just want someone to do it all or are just too busy, we can provide full or partial wedding planning. Package doesn’t suit your needs, we can tailor make one to your budget and needs.
Help getting started
From $300
-Help with all the right planning tools and spreadsheets for budgets, guest list, check lists etc
-Advice for the best vendors to use for your budget including my recommended vendors
-How to run your wedding day with less stress and ease
Set up and styling
From $400
-Full set up of your ceremony location including chairs, arch, signing table
-Full set up of your receptions including name tags, center pieces, decor
-Can set up tables, chairs, plates, glassware
Day of coordination
From $650
-Meet up before your wedding to go over everything you have planned including a venue visit
-Two video calls to check in how everything is coming along
-Help running the rehearsal
-Point of contact for all vendors and suppliers
-Oversee and run wedding and reception so it all runs to plan
-On hand for everything the bride and groom needs throughout the day
-Consult in the work up to the wedding including help with he run sheet and contact list
-Can add on set up for an additional fee
Full or partial wedding planning
From $3000 or 10% of your budget
-Full planning from day one right through until the reception
-Will research all venues, photographers, florist, caterers and present to you to choose
-Will research all venues for wedding and reception and present to you to choose
-On the day coordination as detailed in our day of coordination package
-Full set up and style
-Full pack down
Packdown
From $200
-Packing up of all center pieces, decorations and floral arrangements
-Pack down of ceremony area
-Packing up of tables and chairs
-Dropping off all decorations and hired items to the bride and grooms home
Wedding consultation
$50 per hour
-This is ideal for a bride who just needs to run some ideas through someone to make sure they are on the right track. You might only need help finding the perfect venue or that photographer who will capture your wedding just as you have dreamed.
-Wedding consulting is $50 per hour however if you think you need five hours or more a package price can be worked out for you
